从机场接送开始，总体感受不是太好。接机的时候，司机不够耐心，人特别多，然后让我们几个全程站着（是那种面包车），开车回酒店，路上又开的特别快，遇到了一个情况急刹车了，我们整个摔出去，很严重，可能会影响接下来的旅行，这种真的是无语，好好的旅行搞成这样。。。不过司机有认错态度，这点可以，但是到酒店之后想要伤药、创可贴，竟然什么都没有！！这些东西难道不应该是基础必备物吗！？前台服务还可以。到房间之后，水没有，拖鞋不够，都是后来打电话送的，洗手间冷热水、房间开关无标识，是每次让客人一个个试过去吗？还是做酒店行业经验太少？？之前评论里说离机场近，飞机声音很响，不好意思，我都没怎么听到飞机声音，但是空调声音是可以让我们不用睡了。。。早上退房之后原本是要让送去机场坐大巴的，后来听前台说有送西湖、城站的，那就改去西湖，到了才知道是收费的，30/人，这种难道不应该提前说一下？？服务型社会，这服务质量真得好好提高一下的
