虽说是特惠房，房间里面设施都一样，其实也就是窗户小了点，就是晚上睡觉，又有什么关系呢？房间很大，设施设备什么都有，竟然还有称体重的秤，很贴心。还预备了各种枕头，软的硬的，自己可以选，真是太好了。住宿的房客还吃自助餐优惠，只收102元，性价比太高了。位置也好，紧邻杭州站。名字也很好听，红楼大酒店，红楼梦，浪漫啊。曹雪芹是浙江人吗？这里是我所知道的杭州市性价比最高的酒店了，以后再来的时候必住。我给满分。

红楼大酒店位置好，对面就是城站火车站，出站就是地铁1号线，交通十分便利。酒店服务态度好，房间干净整洁、整体很满意，下次来杭州还住这里。

一起订了3间房间，大床的2间，双床的1间，进到房间会有一股很重的味道。对于我们舟车劳顿的来说，这味道太难闻了。空调一点效果都没有，就是个摆设了。

商旅出行，在金华的时候已经打电话过去说我们会延迟入住的信息，结果到了前台说我们超过了预留的时间，前台人员在那边找啊找，找了好久才找到我们预定的信息。酒店房间的装潢很一般。毛巾上还是黄黄的好像抹台布一样。最受不了的是毛巾上还有一滩像是锈渍的东西。
