早餐送到门口，服务态度非常好，房间里干干净净的，很大的停车场免费停车，大厅里的阿姨不够友好，坐下就让你点茶水，总台上两个小姑娘服务态度非常好，值得下次再约。

是个平民入住的大酒店，宽敞舒适，周边热闹繁华，购物方便吃饭方便，主要价格非常实惠。没有别人的说的因为卡拉OK吵闹，住两个晚上都很安静。大家尽可放心入住。比如家酒店实惠多了。重点是酒店有自己的停车场能停车

前台小姐姐一个顶俩，工作能力很强！
这个地段离西湖坐公交1个小时，离火车东站40分钟，性价比很高，房间空气很好，晚上开窗睡会冷哦，洗手间敞亮卫生还行吧。隔音一般，楼下ktv不吵，但家庭房的小孩很闹腾，影响早上睡懒觉。

入住很不愉快，网上支付定房到店一般都是不需要另外在交押金的，餐此酒店到店了还必须另外交取押金，现在出门谁带现金呢！用微信支付宝支付还必须要客人自己出支付的手续费！钱虽然不多但是这种服务让人想不通，也无法接受，本人表示以后都不会在定此内酒店了！
