郁闷的事是我在网上订的是包含早餐了，可前台接待也没跟我说，我跟前台要餐券可她没跟我说房卡就可以去吃饭，我以为是没有早餐的，到房退房的时候收费是按早餐的费用收取的。第一次在网上订就碰到这回事，真实…………哎……

到店后，看到前台两女士，一个新手，感觉还好，另一个摆着一副表情好像感觉冷淡，谁得罪了她似的。哎。预定的网站上景观豪华大床带浴缸的，到房间发现没有，被套也是破的，要求换房，告知我只有双床有，想不通的设计，感觉被忽悠，后来致电网站加钱才换了房。给我一个“惊喜”，还有喜字。垃圾桶里有垃圾。哎，还有下次不去了！
