入住当天中午去酒店放东西，进房间后发现卫生并没有打扫干净，是因为疏忽还是太忙？第二天很早就退房了，走的时候太匆忙，充电器遗留在房间，本以为阿姨打扫卫生发现后会给我打电话，结果等到中午我打电话过去问，才跟我说确实有东西遗留。总体来说，酒店服务还有很大的提升空间。

还算行吧。酒店提供的免费擦鞋服务可真是太假了，拿去擦又原封不动拿回来说擦好了。我一看什么污渍都在，结果还是自己勤快把鞋擦了。我建议酒店还是取消的好，做不好不如不做，这样客人的感觉会好很多。
