经朋友介绍这家酒店，离西湖很近，散步过去20分钟，酒店门口就有公交车站，到景区、市区、汽车车站、火车车站都很方便，酒店附近吃饭、买水果、银行取钱也很多，前台服务员介绍的很详细，房间整洁、安静，下次还会选择华辰假日宾馆。

艺龙上订的，到店自动帮我免费升级了下豪华版，房间空间比较大，看着也干净，就是我这边靠着绕城高速，开窗的话，稍微有点噪音，建议选房间的话选背着绕城高速那边的

很满意这次的入住，周边环境不错，房间很大干净，周边交通方便，离西湖、吴山广场很近，很适合来杭州旅游度假的，尤其带着小孩的，早餐也不错哦！

交通便利，特别适合自驾，酒店停车场很赞。门口公交2站直达南山路西湖边。房间简洁舒适，在景区内这样的算性价比很高了。前台接待很热情，还有专门的春季旅游便利册免费赠阅，有详尽的旅游吃玩购攻略。推荐！
