很奇葩的一家酒店，电梯口守着一个保安盯着每个进出电梯的客人，问到几号房有没有登记？脑残，被客户质疑后态度恶劣地跟客人吵架，骂客人素质低，我在隔壁房间听到吵骂声......这么高档的酒店如此服务，到底谁素质差?我只能哈哈了?? 杭州这家酒店我以后是不会去住了。电梯门口设个保安桌子核实身份还是第一家。

带两个老人来杭州玩的，老人家特别喜欢酒店的环境，房间很大，特别干净，住着舒服，早餐很丰盛，餐厅的服务员态度特别好，前台的服务态度也很好，特别是电梯口的大哥，每次见到都面带微笑，让人有回家的感觉。上次去西安就住在维也纳，感觉很舒服，不过没办会员，这次果断办理了会员，以后出来玩或者出差都住维也纳了

喜欢并经常选维也纳国际酒店，前台有个微胖的小哥（没注意工号），非常热情，帮助升级了房间并且帮助搬运行李，非常感谢! 地理位置很好，坐52路公交就能到西湖南边，西边好多景点，非常便利。房间干净，敞亮，免费停车，早餐也不错。

最早来住的时候是华辰酒店 偶尔经过这次特意来体验一次感觉确实变化非常大 整个大堂都非常的大气 停车也方便 门口还有吃饭的地方 尤其要说说前台员工的每个人服务都是非常有素养的 给我的感觉特别亲切！啥也不说上图 大家自己看吧 值得来体验哦～
