酒店墙皮大面积脱落，装修象招待所。前台胖女服务员工作没一点专业性，且服务态度差。结账时都不问下客人用什么支付方式就单方面用预授权结账了，本来是要用另一个卡结账的，结果预授权退不了，害的我报销不了，还理直气壮的说不是她责任，垃圾服务。

晚上十点高铁到杭州，从杭州东站坐地铁4号线直达，地铁出来走6分钟到酒店，出行还算方便。不是商业区，晚上很静，感觉有点偏。酒店设施比较老旧、简单，楼道比较矮，但房间非常大，还算干净，还有窗台，可看到钱塘江，走去钱塘江也不远。睡觉还是挺舒服的，地方安静，但隔音不好，若夜晚隔壁声大就会噪了。附近较冷清，吃早点要十分钟走到对面的居民区。相对于市中区，这里离宋城稍近些，晚上从宋城回酒店有直达公交车（下车走十分钟左右）。酒店价格便宜，性价比高。
