酒店地理位置很好，离西湖和银泰很近，但是又不会因为太近而吵闹，查了一下，还是煤炭地质局产业，酒店从设计到服务，能感觉出一开始建设时期就用心了，比如浴室的爱惠浦直饮水，酒店十九层的落地窗大餐厅，西式早餐……都很理想。酒店里很多外国客人。本地朋友推荐的酒店，性价比很高。房间内设施很齐全，每天早上都给一份免费的水果，下次来杭州还会选择！

预定豪华大床房，调剂到3楼行政大床房，房间空调不制冷，整晚室温30度，写字桌无台灯，照明欠佳，在昏暗中码了一晚电脑，桌面插座是坏的不通电，房间手机信号一般，入住体验较不满意，希望酒店整改或提前告知客人房间瑕疵。

地理位置不错，在中河高架以西的平海路上，步行约十分钟就可以走到西湖边，附近餐饮、酒店众多，位于十九楼的自助餐厅可以纵览西湖，不过有一部分视角被西边基本同样高度的友好饭店遮蔽了；据说是重新装修过，卫生间里都是科勒的。

设施比较陈旧，但是毕竟挂着星级，该有的硬件设施还是具备的，房间不大，层高也不高，大厅比较小。性价比不高，可能新开业连锁酒店还会比较好。预计不会再选择入住此酒店。对了，到西湖步行20分钟左右。
