早餐非常丰富，可以点餐，有特色。房间的设施、装修风格、卫浴用品样样好，位置就在景区内，出行方便，距离秦淮河可以步行到达，值得推荐。

春节提前几天预定的，当时艺龙上只有标间了，因为和老婆一起，到店后询问是否能把标间改成大床房，前台查询后爽快的更换了。住宿的两晚体验不错，每天有水果和红包（金币巧克力）赠送，晚餐也不错，很好。交通十分便利，地铁4号线新塘站出来就是，离杭州东站2站，新北鹿餐厅也就距离一个站，推荐大家入住。

酒店地理位置，环境都很不错，孩子也能睡好。其他两天服务态度相当不错。今天早上退房的时候，问了一下昨晚有要叫醒服务。为什么早上没有叫醒。前台服务员坐着很不耐烦的问我，你跟谁说的？还重复好多次，在我发火前，一直问你跟谁说的，他怎么没跟我说！请问你们交接的问题，需要我来解答你吗？也许是值班一晚上比较累，可以理解，所以我就问了一句以后没有再说话，但是看到她不依不饶的态度，让我心里太不舒服。春节带孩子回国内旅行，很多时候会尽量控制自己情绪，不想对孩子有不好的影响，但是早上刚出门就碰到这种服务，真的好窝火🔥🔥
