酒店新建成的，综合实力从客户体验，房间设施，入住感受，服务质量，早餐品质等方面来说，打90分。 前台客服人员张静服务态度非常亲切友好，办理入住手续又快又好并给我升级了房间，点赞?? 房间卫浴用品很好，床品舒适。总之很满意。

房间很大，设施也很全，前台服务很好。连住两个晚上，本来一切都还比较满意。但是第二天用洗澡间外边的地巾时发现一面居然特别脏，大块的黑。我特意看了另外一面，上边也有头发和一下脏东西。我一度怀疑服务员根本就没给换干净的。我特意把用过的放到洗衣篓里了。早餐30块一个人，还算丰富，去晚了就不全了，9:15分算晚了。

早餐有面条，面包，炒饭，油条，鸡蛋，粥，西瓜，酸奶等等。居然还有冰草，比较难得了。不过去晚了就大部分都没有了。尽量在9:00前去吧。酒店旁边不知道是不是有地铁，每隔几秒就会唔唔的一下，像过火车一样。如果睡眠不好，慎选。其他的都很好，房间很大，设施很全，站在房间可以看灯火通明的杭州城。打车去杭州东站47块。
