酒店服务特别好，前台很专业，还帮我们主动升级行政套房，这里环境也特别优美，很适合家庭情侣出游，房间很大，浴室超赞，还有两个阳台，以后来杭州还会定这里

非常好的酒店体验。之前订的房间满了就给免费升级到了豪华大床房。一进房间酒店就准备了温的甜汤味道很好。床很大房间空间也很大。有衣帽间非常喜欢。在S2楼是山庄比较里面的位置所以晚上很安静。楼下就是棋牌室。但是一小时50还是有些小贵的。自助早餐品种还是比较少的。味道一般般。房间很赞很赞很赞。下次还会带家人一起来的！
