感觉挺不错的，尤其是服务态度可以说很满意，刚去时酒店整个网络出故障，无线网和电视都不能用，她们笑着耐心跟我们解释，也允许退房，第二天网络有了，当天晚上还送了水果对我们表示歉意，这样的服务态度的确很舒服很满意，下次来杭州还会再选择来这的
