杭州最差的酒店，没有之一。
1.被套上和床单上有各种头发，毛发。
2.楼道，电梯，房间地面没人打扫，灰尘堆积脏的要命。
3.早餐需要单买，买了早餐还不给开发票。
4.前台接待人员态度非常冷漠，不会用礼貌用语，素质极差。
