怎么说呢，可能正好赶上旺季，又是周末，地点是在南宋御街，地段比较好，所以呢，299元的价格，住的条件说实话还真不如经济联锁酒店！房间特别小，也就14平米左右，加上卫生间，房间放下一张双人床以后，基本就放不下别的设施的，墙上连个挂钩也没有，就在角落里有两个格子架，五六十公分宽吧，衣服也不够挂，多亏没带电脑，根本没地方放，窗台就当桌子了，三四十公分的宽度，能放啥啊？！别的也没啥东西能用了，卫生间的毛巾浴巾什么的都已经很黑了，还不如不摆出来！2011年才开的，怎么会就成这个样子实在难理解！没办法谁让酒店在步行街呢，价格高点就高点吧！但是骗人总不对吧？携程定的时候，写着有礼品－－两盒饮料和一张杭州地图。入住的时候问了一下，说没有！没有为什么写上啊，这不是欺骗消费者吗？方便还是方便，周围有很多酒店的。下次不会在这住了，还不如住连锁店，最起码配置差不多，价格还实惠！住在步行街交通都不方便，车进不去。还是远一点的地方好。
