出差定的，距离客户不远，所以选这家。br前台员工和清洁阿姨都很热情，整体装修不错，干净，墙上有各种动漫主题的壁画。br唯一不好的，周围太荒凉，只有一个茶餐厅，没小吃，没任何其他选择。如果其他的食物只能点外卖。br便利性一般，住宿的舒适性不错。

带着儿子第一次来杭州打算去灵隐寺和湿地公园，出行前的一天才订的酒店，网评不错就选银图了。晚上来到酒店，前台接待好，设施也好，最重要房间是很卫生，这对亲子游极重要!第二天出门，碰到清洁阿姨好像叫罗阿姨，交待一下我们的要求，她积极响应，态度很好!早餐，干净放心比其他一般公式化的早餐好!真赞!
