我就问问你们挂五星，星在哪里？首先感谢曾经理的升级，我们是浙江国际的老顾客，一开始来还感觉可以，特别是最近两次来，吧台服务态度生冷硬，门口的门童迎宾和大爷似的，都不知道是不是雇佣了你们经理的爹来当迎宾了，我们两个女人拿着大箱子下着雨，司机来接，他们竟然不知道给帮忙搬搬箱子！别说这是他们的份内之事，就是路人也应该帮忙啊？我们来入住时候根本没有迎宾，自己提箱子报道的，礼宾部游离职守，有时候跑吧台区聊天，酒店多的是，你们这便宜归便宜，但是员工服务质量再不提高，自会让你们尝到苦果，千里之堤 溃于蚁穴！希望我的这条评论你们高管人员，董事会在年会上宣读，引以为戒！你们是服务行业，不是工商税务警察，醒醒吧！反正我们以后是不会来这里住了，也会告诉我们的朋友都别来这里住，口口相传！

设施老的掉渣，服务态度很差，门口门童就在玩手机，前台接待员连句你好都不会说。住过最差的带星酒店，老实话给200房费都不值！
