糟透了完全无服务意识，卫生差，不诚信，很脏，很坏，拖鞋都黑了一块不敢穿。本来订了套房，订单也确认了，半夜从机场赶过去，前台说没有这个订单丿让我换圆床房，价格一样！！！给艺龙打电话后，前台又说有这个订单她确认过，但套房没了，只有圆床，价格低些。圆床上四个枕头湿湿的不敢用

一个字：差…br进房间发现地上有虫子在爬😱br洗澡时发现喷淋的水不是从喷头流出，而是直接从喷头的连接处出水即：水是往上冲在流下来的，想想这澡洗得都难受！br这是住过的最差的酒店，不知道四星怎么得来的…
