酒店外观看上去很陈旧。订的行政大床房网站上说的是35平米，根本与实际不符。2点刚过一会到的，就被告知说照片上有浴缸的行政大床房已没有。十分扫兴，说实话就是看中浴室才去的。最后弄的地段也不好，住的也不舒服。不过房间里有电脑和液晶电视，这点还是不错的。卫生也挺干净。

价格适中，环境还好，关键是比较安静；
装修现代，时尚，有高档酒店的味道，我感觉到了很多地方，在杭州能有这样一个住处还是比较满意的。

很安静，卫生很好，距西溪湿地也就10多分钟车程，出酒店右侧100米有家叫“大宅门”的餐馆，好吃也不贵，下次来还住这！

酒店地理位置优越，服务人员态度非常好，无论是换房还是拉下的衣服都能迅速的处理。
只是看起来硬件设施上陈旧了很多。换气扇和空调噪音巨大。家具也很陈旧，某些拉手等小细节上面缺失很多，地毯有很多污迹。大门的内保险关不上，研究发现是和对应的缺口有上下偏差！不安全~
相对价格更便宜的其他酒店（更靠近西溪）硬件设施上面要完胜贵店！所以贵店有必要要考虑一下了！
