很不错，住的豪华大床，房间大，卫生间视野开阔，半面墙都是玻璃，洗澡不耽误观风景。离黄龙公交总站很近，离西湖边也不远。早餐还算可以。
住了两天没找到吹风机，结账的时候才被告知放在衣帽柜里了。每日应该赠送矿泉水。

房间条件一般，与价格不相称。房间的窗户隔音差，卫生间条件和价格不符。
