空间狭窄，卧室照明只有一个小灯，灯光灰暗，床铺也没打扫干净，有恶心的X毛。更恶心的是，退房的时候要开发票，说是财务人员不在，寄送给我，一个月了，中间也催过一次，表面上都说会寄的，其实真是呵呵了。

不错不错 就是位置有点尴尬，车不好打，门口的伙食很好吃，，，，，杭州是除了名儿的打车难，建议出门做公交到地铁站然后到达目的地附近的站打车

房间很一般，位置非常偏，最最关键的是我在网上全款预付好的房间，到了店里却告诉我没有了！！！
本来是订的两间大床房，而且是已经在网上全款都预付好的，结果到了酒店前台却告诉我大床房只剩一间了，WC 什么意思，我预定都成功了到他们店里却告诉我没有了，这是怎么安排房间的！难道他们是谁来了就给谁，而不管网上的订单的情况的吗，而且还是在已经收了我的钱的情况下还把我订好的房间给了别人！！！
