酒店除了设施有点旧，其它一切都好，尤其是服务态度非常好，四楼歺厅味美价廉，而且酒店位置也好，去哪里都近，是不错的出行选择!

一家很老的酒店，设施陈旧；靠马路的房间窗户隔音老化，噪音较大；网速超级慢；房间的毛巾黑；我在结帐的时候前台只一个人，办入住登记开房卡、结帐、开发票同时进行就忙不过来的，袄等老半天；早餐花了15元，8点后过去就没什么吃了，即便有的话品种也少的可怜，不值15元；总的来说300多房费的性价比不高。

非常满意，酒店的地理位置非常好，离西湖很近，购物也方便，离银泰、女装街都很近！出行很方便，房间够大卫生也不错。总台的服务态度也很好，总体感觉很棒，下次肯定还会去。

旁边是浙江饭店 请客不错
离太湖边上夜不远 晚上逛逛不错的
凤起路上有好些个火锅店 傣妹可以一试 挺实惠

酒店位置在繁华地区，逛街打车很方便，酒店红子鸡餐厅饭菜很好，可服务很差，房间设施有些旧，窗户隔音不好。
