订了两间双人房，拍挡是个外国人，个子大，就加钱换了大床房，因为第二天一早的飞机，我们在酒店前台指着房形换的房间，前台说加钱，加了价，我住的房间没有换，房间蛮大的，还挺高兴的。第二天一早叫搭档一起下楼，进房间一看，傻了，床是大床房，可房间只有我房间一半大，还少些配置，不要这么忽悠人吧？当晚入住时前台还给错了房卡。房间卫生不干净，有拍照的，怎么上传图片
