酒店硬件设施太旧了，服务再好也无法弥补的硬伤，里面很压抑，气味不好。工作人员晚上还会打电话问入住的感受。

房间很干净，我有点洁癖，一住到酒店就习惯性的拿块布将桌子，电视前面的柜子，以及其他小桌子都擦一下，惊讶的发现竟然一点灰尘都没有，看来金马国际酒店的卫生做的是十分到位的。此外为李艳，曹群和王碧莉点赞！
