两次通过艺龙定这家酒店都出问题，第一次4月15号定好收到确认短信，结果到店后被酒店告知没有收到过订单，我晕死！第二次5月3号4号定了两间房，同样收到确认短信，其中一间豪华大床房到酒店后被告知没有这张订单，而且说酒店已经没有该房间了，经过艺龙协调，我打了艺龙4个电话，酒店前台3个电话才解决！！！！希望以后酒店前台能负责一点！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！
