夜里11点多到的，服务接待都不错，很高幸升级房间，酒店设施应有尽有冰箱，保险柜，生活必须品，免费矿泉水，咖啡，茶，，，，离西湖一公里，吃住玩都方便，连住了五天，下次来杭州一定还选这家，希望还能升级，呵呵
