客观上讲环境，位置，设施都不错，但是，酒店有着五星品质，却只有三星格局（小家子气），昨天开房问前台几点退房，前台告诉2点，11点多回来还特意去餐厅吃饭，源于早餐不错，想着吃完饭小睡半小时退房，吃完饭12点多回来房间已经开不了门，更可气的是床上被套床单都拆了，床上没收拾的衣服也被随意丢椅子上，房卡插上去已然没电，房还没退就开始驱赶客人，卫生间一片漆黑，打开手机电筒收拾的行李。朋友圈宣传酒店的图片撤下，给朋友介绍订房的也重新选择，客户体验感在最后一刻归零。人还没有茶已凉的感觉！

位于西湖边的酒店，性价比应该是最高的了！服务也很好，每天早上可以骑车游西湖，不错的选择！下次还会选金溪山庄！
