距离西湖步行约20-30分钟，距离湖滨银泰等商场约40分钟。
楼下有早餐店。
装修略显老旧，服务态度尚可。
无自有停车位，楼后有共有停车位，非常感谢门卫大爷，预留手机号后发现停车位及时打电话通知我去停车。
