说实话，住了不下5次，每次住都会有不一样的心情。很多话，我就不说了，给你这样的评分我都觉得高。要改进的地方有很多。要微笑面对那个住客。客房的大姐也希望你们做事情不要怎么死板。什么浴巾脏了不让换，餐巾纸没了不让加？天呐。我可是花了钱的。姐姐

到房间发现床上有头发，卫生间纸篓里有纸，要求服务员只换了床单，被套都没让换。后来去住，前台一女服务员说我每次住都要找毛病。这种服务真是无语。

我订了双早，因只有一人住，前台给了一份早餐券，第二天早上朋友来接我，拿身份证去前台拿另一张早餐券，前台一女服务员绷着脸坚决不给，还和我吵，问她名字也不讲，请问，我花钱买的双早，你有什么道理不给？
