公司业务伙伴来出差，因为考虑到和公司近，所以订了这里，从入住到办理退房，发生了太多的不愉快：
1、入住时告知没有预定记录，告知前台网站预订且用信用卡担保了首晚的房费，后来查询到说是前一天的记录，没来住房费已经扣除了，马上联系E龙查询没有预定错误，再联系前台表示记录查到了，可以入住；
2、办理入住时前台服务人员多次与客人提起要求联系E龙取消预定，从前台直接预定，搞不清楚想干什么，有损形象；
3、房间条件很一般，有股霉味，设备陈旧；
4、退房时前台将我们的账单与另外一个客人账单搞混，导致一错再错，服务态度也很差，总之以后不会再住这家店了

位置不错，交通很方便，不过在单行线路上，周边小吃、超市不远，前台的服务也不错。房间卫生还说得过去，下次来杭州还来此处。

很简单的酒店，设备老旧，淋浴的门没有安装上，洗个澡整个浴室都湿了，不明白怎么还要308元的价格，在附近另一家问了，人家170的房间比这个308的房间还好，这酒店的性价比太差了， 不会选择它了。酒店还不提供矿泉水，也不提供收费的水，我深夜到店，前台说自己买去，夜深路不熟的，感觉这酒店不会体贴客户。
