酒店整体较好，房间大，整洁。前台服务十分热情，有宾至如归的感觉。客房服务很到位，一些小要求都能及时解决。地理位置较好，出行方便，特别是隔壁就是新开元酒店，用餐极其方便，菜式和价位都很满意。
唯一美中不足就是房间靠马路，窗户隔音效果不好，即使在5楼，也感觉很吵，晚上没睡好。希望酒店能采取措施解决这一问题。
