2018年2月21号晚十点四十分值班的前台态度极差，买了肯德基回来肚子饿了想吃点，跑到前台问有没有微波炉借用热一下，但前台太堵极其恶劣，像客人求着他一样，让我哪买的哪去热，非常不愉快的一次居住，浴室的淋浴头也是坏的，想问下这也算得上是五星吗？服务达标了还是硬件达标了？
