酒店干净，服务好，房间白色基调，非常干净。空调给力，基本能达到设定温度。卫生间马桶造型奇特，坐得靠后一点会硌屁股，不过卫生间非常干净，出水快，水量足，下水也快，洗浴用品也不错。早餐丰富，中式、西式兼顾，用料足，人多时会让晚到人员在外面排队以保证用餐人员的环境，非常好的一次体验

26楼行政酒廊整体工作人员态度好也很有礼貌，前任经理Helios／现任经理Lilian带领的队员Tracy， Cathy，Michelle， 对他们的管理和服务特别满意，值得赞扬。房间干净也有新鲜水果，空间比较大也舒服，布置温馨，武林广场位置相当好。对酒店设施总体非常满意。
