住过两次，无功无过，整体可以，但房务员进门整理（客户刚入住，已表示无需打扫），只能接受这热情的服务，最后无新意的要求记住名字给点赞，真的是不忍心拒绝啊……

房间不错 住过好几次 每次都被升级房型 早餐点赞 样式很多 客房服务很周到 细心 尤其是客房服务员卢崇慧很有耐心 帮我送果盘 看见房间里有我自己带的水果 还帮我洗了 下回来杭州还会入住

信手点评的真是毁人不倦，奔着早餐好来的，但真的没说的那么好，只是中等而已。可能是碰到的房间不好，洗手间设计太窄，马桶紧挨着墙，胖一点的估计够呛。房间还是挺干净的，但因为在小巷子里，出行不是太方便。另外，网站说的赠送牛奶没看到，估计是忽悠。
