环境很好 就是出入都要靠电瓶车接送有点麻烦 而且只是在西溪的一个小角落里 去主景区还要买票 早餐比预期的丰盛些 还挺不错的

酒店环境没的说，但办入住时前台的素质简直了：1.账算不明白，两间两晚的房费是多少最后也没算出来还得我告诉她；2.我们两点后入住的给了两间脏房也没跟我们说，我带着我爷爷有个80多岁的老爷子好不好！连个坐的地方也没有，后来换房事实证明明明有打扫干净的房间，说抱歉的时候完全感受不到她哪里抱歉。虽然之后餐厅的服务生服务很好，但这第一感觉已经不能再差了，完全就只是占了在景区里的优势。

环境没得说啊。自驾游停车也方便，景区门口有停车场，酒店会叫电瓶车来景区门口接。早餐也可以。入住后还送了水果。房间也很大。

出差无意定错了，到了才知道是景区里面。 酒店整体环境非常非常的幽静，非常适合亲子度假。如果打分整体可以打到85分，扣分的地方就是酒店管理的效率，晚餐5个菜，等了40多分钟，严重拉低了体验。前台入住退房的效率相对于市场真的稍慢！

太懒了，早餐没吃到。酒店隐藏在湿地当中，住在两楼看到松鼠在树间穿梭，景色宜人。房间里的毛巾很干净，床品也很舒服，就是没什么服务，早上睡懒觉打扫人员竟然试图开我们的房门？！吓死我了！湿地非常的巨大，酒店只负责来回接送到指定大门口，其他地方靠自己的腿。这么美的地方走走也值了。酒店晚餐还是很贵的，菜的味道还可以，景区的价格全国都一样。
