地下二层，味道不好，有点潮味。蚊子多。客服卫生不行，每天打扫只是铺铺床，地板也不扫，肉眼可见的垃圾也不收拾。亲眼看见服务员用浴巾擦马桶！不会再去住。有一点好就是提供了节日赠品。

酒店位置非常好，周围到处是茂密的树林、竹林、茶园之中。空气清新。虽然车辆限行，但公交方便，门口就有旅游专线公交车。适合领孩子老人居住。图片

不错的酒店，安静舒适，环境好出行方便，杭州植物园、杭州花圃就在周围，是个旅游度假的首选住宿，下次来杭州还是选它。
