  茶野怡景。酒店位置很好，在著名的龙井村下，位于一片茶园身中。每天出酒店，就会看到一排排绿油油的茶树在面前展开，刚好入住期间又是初冬，淡霜配茶，美极了，忍不住拍了几张。 除了景色之外，酒店本身的服务也非常不错。出酒店时问前台，酒店附近哪里比较适合走一走玩一玩，前台小伙子很耐心跟我讲了很多地方龙井村茶叶博物馆，灵隐梅家坞，更是推荐我不要走，改用骑车的形式最佳。 试了小伙子的方式骑车去，一路风景真的不错骑车也方便，酒店住了2天逛了很多地方，骑车就能到。真是一个好建议十分感谢这个小伙子，建议很周到，就是退房人没在之前忘了问名字。总之入住的体验真很不错，下次也会带爸妈一起来，很怡静 顺便 提下，酒店有租车服务。

  首先酒店服务到位，为我们免费升级到豪华房，客户体验度较佳！其次，酒店安排了贴心的下午茶时光，为旅程疲惫的客人提供了一个能够放松缓冲、歇息发呆的好场所，而且茶品和小点心非常精致，格外美味。第二天的自助早餐品种和选择也非常丰富，很不错！还有，很喜欢酒店在客房里安排了“欢迎水果”，倍感温馨，有种宾至如归的愉悦感受！总之，是一次非常不错的住店体验！下次一定还会来，谢谢！

  This hotel was a nice find outside the dense traffic and people around West Lake.The talking parrot was also fun to sit and watch/listen to as he welcomed everyone in Chinese.The room was a good quality and we had a large balcony to sit out on that wrapped around to and overlook of the pool. I recommend a stay here if you would like to get out of the city and reside in a tranquil tea field.
