特意用里程换了欢迎水果，结果等我离店，酒店都没提起这事。要不是在等车过程中无意打开APP，然后折返询问前台，都发现不了。前台说晚上放进去了。我说我们一直在房间，没有人按过门铃。她说，哦，那就是忘了。然后就没有然后了……这是五星级酒店的服务么？真是意外。APP非要用里程换水果，结果水果没有，里程还没了，是不是也有点欠考虑……
