酒店位置很好，距离西湖、雷锋塔等很近，地势较高，在房间就能欣赏雷峰塔美景和西湖一角。海军疗养院内，环境优雅，安全，停车方便。酒店服务员、疗养院门卫服务良好，很热心地指点线路和建议。酒店设施崭新，热水、空调都很给力，点赞！

位置就在西湖边，里面非常安静，环境也挺好。入住当晚游玩十点多到宾馆结果没有热水，打电话去前台被告知锅炉坏了等到十一点多都没有热水过来。
