主人太不讲情理，提前一周网上担保，中间小孩子咳嗽感冒了，想取消，只是超过四个多小时，店家就是不肯。园景房在一楼，待了一个小时就被咬了好多大包。跟店家商量换个房间，只给换比园景房便宜的二楼朝北房间不退差价，店家说是你自己要换的。最后跟店家商量了好久，看在小孩子病的份上终于给不加价换了个朝南间。不喜欢杭州人，连看自行车的问路多问几句就很不耐烦，你的年薪跟我月薪差不多
