订房时确定有窗，可到店银时给的无窗房，走40分钟到店不易，无奈只能住下！很不满意！目店内毛巾太旧，湿！对客户欺骗行为，应赔偿。

住了两晚，城站火车站乘坐Y2到万松岭路口下车回头步行几分钟就可以找到。酒店在西湖景区柳浪莺啼旁，离雷锋塔和南屏晚钟的景点就3站公交车的距离，环境不错，住的是二楼也没有蚊虫，晚上可以徒步10到20分钟去河坊街吃小吃，如果不太在意价格，总体还是比较满意的，入住的房间淋浴室的出水口有点小堵，后来工作人员也帮解决了。
