房间很大，跟妈妈订了一个标间，其实大床房就够了，设施很齐全很好，前台??态度超级好，打了很多电话都很耐心解答，位置离西湖远了些，对面坐900路到胜利剧院下可到，好像要十九站，出门左走5分钟左右印象城，里面有外婆家，饭菜很好，价格也适中，整体感觉还不错。

酒店位置是的可以的，很好找，外观是可以的，大厅也是可以的，前台工作人员也是可以的，房间内部设施也是可以的，房价也还可以接受，就是电梯太次了，电梯里的木工板都没拆，跟正在装修似的，还有就是主题房设在最顶层，需要步行一层楼梯才能上去。
