从领班到客房服务员到前台 对自己不懂的宽带业务情尽量以一个消费者的角度去解决问题。尤其前台，尽然一句“等等就好了”就打发住客了。另房间怎么可能有40平方？这么大的假也敢宣传？

酒店位置蛮好，就在千岛湖广场旁边。全部都是湖景房，湖景是很美的，早上还能看日出（虽然我是起不来的，我爸起来拍照了）。300多的双标，住3个成人，也不挤，挺好的。去湖区玩是在酒店买的伯爵号邮轮，368，后来在邮轮上听别人讲308，318买的都有，网上查了下328，感觉有点被骗了。来住店的小伙伴要注意啦！
