优点是距离西湖边比较近，只有1.2公里，停车很方便，价格也适中。缺点是到附近饭店要走一段，有的时候KTV声音较大，装修略显陈旧，配置上一般，被单还有一床破损一床有污点。如果只是在西湖附近玩还是非常推荐的。

已经第二次入住了，离浙大、植物园、西湖都很近，步行的距离。我都是走到曲院风荷、北山街、青芝坞。去稍微远点的景点也及其方便，走到植物园大门附近就有公交车去九溪、龙井、灵隐寺。附近吃饭也很方便，靠近东山弄小区。房间干净整洁，热水供应很好，不错不错，值得推荐，性价比高。

酒店位置超好，去西湖、去灵隐飞来峰都很方便，门口的公交车也很多，一些著名的景点都可以在附近的公交车站找到下车点。酒店是涉外宾馆，很些年代了总体服务还好，不过客房清洁可能是春节人手紧，不是很规范。酒店的餐厅用餐环境还行，菜也是杭帮菜做的还算不错的。

其它都还不错，电视什么的都还挺新的，卫生间很大很干净，就是不包早饭，除了酒店边上还没有小店超市什么的

良心酒店，国庆期间价格只上涨了三分之一左右，比起一些快捷酒店三四倍的涨幅，已经很不错。而且位置好，离西湖不远，交通便捷。酒店内外设施很好，是我们住过最满意的一家。
