服务周到，能设身处地为客户考虑。比如本人入住酒店四层，真不巧停电，总台一边请人修理，一边安排客户换住其他楼层。最后，修理人员很快修复通电。四楼客户也没有换住其他楼层，大家皆大欢喜。但是服务人员处理意外事故的能力和方式得到各住客一致好评
