入住之后发现房间窗的玻璃整块裂了，酒店派人过来看了一下说是双层玻璃，只是外面的裂了，里面的没事就没再理了

临安的这家途家是我住过最差的，房间电视连中央5套都没有，空调就跟没用的一样，打一晚上都不暖！最最最可恶的是一大早跑过来狂敲门说查房！这是在逗我吗？前台还****的说，不满意可以去其它家住！房间除了大点，其他没有优点了！

酒店还可以，就是空调不能自己调节温度，最高也就18度左右，现在这天气这温度不暖和，还有就是不含早餐这点不好，大多数酒店都是含早的
