房间干净，整洁，上档次，江景也很美。特别是晚上，四桥上的灯光秀近在眼前，看桥上车来车往，特别享受！总之，体验很棒！

酒店房间都是江景房，风景挺好，交通方便，房间隔音效果好，因为疫情没有早餐但是楼下就有早餐，附近也有很多吃饭的地方，点了外卖前台服务员都会会送到房间里。前台服务态度真的非常好。

酒店位置还可以，去市区什么都挺方便的，打车也方便，坐地铁公交也方便，距离还不远，比自己开车好，房间挺大的，前台小姐姐服务也很好，还给我们升级了房间，服务态度没得说，很满意，房间设施也不错，比一般公寓酒店好很多，性价比也挺高的，赞！

每次来杭州都住这家，三星级的价格基本是4.5星的品质，汉斯格雅的花洒和唯宝的洗脸盆，大金的空调，电动窗帘，实木家具、独立衣帽间，等等，主要是江景也是很无敌的，离南星桥站也很近，前台小姑娘服务很好，每次点了外卖送到房间，其他城市很多五星级酒店都没有这样的服务
