位置很好，在景区边，客栈小而精致温馨，服务没得说，还给我们升级了房间，唯一缺点，早餐是配餐，饭量大的起晚了就会吃不饱

说起来也是杭州精品酒店让我洗了两次凉水澡，问题得不到及时解决，老板拒绝跟客户直接沟通，简单来说，打着民宿的幌子，根本做不到民宿该做的服务！！！！前台的态度很好，但是老板就很让人失望了。在接近零下的温度，两次凉水澡，这个体验真是难忘！
