我们一行8人自5月20号—25号入住六通酒店，总的感觉很好：员工训练有素、充满激情；客房干净舒适、免费水果和点心给人以温馨；餐厅食材新鲜、厨师水平较高，早餐丰富多样。有两件小事令我们感动：一是客房服务员许海兰（我们留意了她的胸牌）每天都将我们4个房间打扫得干干净净，整整齐齐；二是我们离开酒店委托大堂服务人员预约出租车时，服务员见我们行李较多，特意要求进来的出租车不要在后备箱带气罐的（杭州出租车特色）。这点滴小事使人感到这家酒店的管理到位，员工整体素质很高！杭州不愧是“人间仙境”！上海和大连的游客

冲着携程4.9分去的，回去之后，发现比较失望，此次出行非自驾并且带着一岁小宝，两点半到酒店回复要等45分钟才可以入住，小睡着了，只能抱着，后面还被大厅的人吵醒，首先周边吃饭是个问题，周边只有一些卫生堪忧的农家乐，自带酒店2点休息，房间有股霉味，并且冰箱是坏掉的，纯属装饰，带的母乳这能放到公共区。回来的时候车不好打，所有软件都不行，谢谢酒店的门卫帮忙出主意，打到私家车，后面应该不会去了这个平台是个公正的平台，希望大家不要为了一点小利而错误引导大姐
