比较老的酒店，不过各方面设施还是比较齐全。不太喜欢房间地毯，比较容易积灰。服务还是不错的，东西忘记拿了酒店人员还帮忙寄快递回来，感谢感谢。

传统的酒店，设施陈旧，灯光昏暗，比较压抑，竟然还有蚊子。周边吃饭比较方便，靠近鼓楼、胡雪岩故居。

酒店比较老，设施比较旧，床硬，被子潮乎乎的，洗澡间的大喷头根本转换不了，只能用小喷头，固定小喷头的部件有毛病，把喷头拿下来，固定杆啪的一下掉到最下面，吓我一跳，房间的照明也很暗。前台就像政府机关人员一样没个笑脸，不过打扫卫生的大姐很赞，我连住5天，也每天换毛巾叠被子，一丝不苟。酒店离公交站要走400米，前面的小路是单行线，打车司机不愿意进来，离御街很近，附近早点有小老馄饨和煎包店很不错，新周记和粗茶淡饭很赞👍

前面已经住了4天，本来想空出一天去乌镇的，结果嫌路上太耽误时间放弃了。床硬，床单和被子都是潮的，淋浴有问题，小喷头怎么也转换不了大喷头，第一天晚上11点了还听到有人在窗跟底下说话，开窗户一看没人，结果是隔壁的的说话声，给前台打了两次电话投诉，声音小了些但还是有声，12点还有，后来……后来我睡着不知道了。因为在线付了4天，一查不能取消，只能这样了，衣服挂着要两天才干，嫌麻烦换又续了一天，要问我为什么不换？哎，住着住着就习惯了。

房间有点小，门口太堵，不过最满意的就是六楼可以晾衣服。如果去杭州旅游不推荐入住，离景点虽说不远，但是必经之地经常堵车，浪费时间。
